Eat well with Jane
Age NI teamed up with Jane McClenaghan, a Nutritional Therapist to produce a nutrition series aimed at helping older people to feel healthier and therefore live longer through eating well. Eating a well-balanced diet is an important factor in ageing well as it can help individuals to protect themselves against illness and keeping them energized, therefore allowing them stay active for longer and preventing the onset of chronic health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.
